1 Eligibility

2 Services
EvokeAI provides AI-powered creative tools including:
- • AI Chat (Free, Coin-Based, and Demo Mode)
- • AI Image Tools (background remover, meme generator, PNG → SVG converter, etc.)
- • AI Video and Audio Tools
- • Content and Post Generator
- • Optional Social Tab — for viewing and interacting with posts
- • Report System — to flag inappropriate or harmful content
- • Coin-Based Access — premium tools use in-app coins, not subscriptions
Demo Mode: Users can access certain tools without registration. Login is only required for personalized or account-based features. Non-account tools are freely accessible in demo mode.
3 Privacy & Data Collection
EvokeAI respects your privacy and collects only essential data necessary to operate the app. We do not store personal content or share it with third parties without consent.
Ad Disclosure: We use third-party services (such as Google AdMob) to display ads. These services may collect limited information such as device identifiers for ad personalization and analytics. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
4 Coins & Purchases
- • Some tools require in-app coins to access premium AI features.
- • Coins can be earned by watching ads or purchased securely through the App Store or Google Play.
- • All payments are processed by the respective stores; EvokeAI does not store payment details.
- • Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
5 User Content & Community
- • You retain ownership of your content.
- • EvokeAI may temporarily process your uploads for AI generation or editing.
- • Reported or inappropriate content may be removed to maintain a safe environment.
6 Limitation of Liability
- • AI-generated results may not always be accurate or appropriate.
- • EvokeAI is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on AI outputs.
7 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in misuse or fraudulent activity.
8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, unless local laws require otherwise.
