4 Credits & Purchases

• • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play or App Store settings.

5 User Content

• • You retain ownership of your content.
• • You grant EvokeAI a license to process and store content to provide services.
• • You must not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• • AI-generated content may be anonymized for service improvement.

6 Ads

• • Free users may see ads.
• • Watching ads may earn credits.
• • Abuse of ad systems may lead to suspension.

7 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• • Use EvokeAI for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• • Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app.
• • Generate harmful, violent, misleading, or abusive content.

8 Limitation of Liability

• • EvokeAI provides AI-generated outputs “as is,” with no guarantees.
