- User Content: Chat history, AI-generated images/videos, uploaded files, and posts you create.
- Payment Information: Billing details for in-app purchases or credits (processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store; we do not store payment card details).
- Support & Feedback: When you contact support, we collect your message and email to respond.
B. Information Related to Device & Permissions
- Device Token: For push notifications and account alerts. Not shared with third parties except for notification services.
- Storage & Camera Permissions: Required to download, upload, and edit images/videos. Files are not collected or shared unless you explicitly upload them for AI processing.
C. Information We Do NOT Collect Directly
- We do not directly collect device identifiers or IP addresses; however, third-party services (like AdMob) may access limited technical data for ad delivery.
- We do not collect precise or approximate location data.
- Crash logs or analytics are handled anonymously by Google/Apple systems only.
D. Demo Mode and Login Requirements
EvokeAI includes a free Demo Mode that allows users to explore tools (such as image editing and video conversion) without logging in. No personal data is collected or stored during demo use. Login or account creation is required only for coin-based or cloud-linked AI features (such as chat and image generation), where authentication is necessary to manage user credits, ensure fair use, and protect data security.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide AI chat, image editing, video generation, and file conversion tools.
- Authenticate users for paid and credit-based AI services. Demo features do not collect or store any user data.
- Process payments and coin-based credits.
- Enable push notifications and app alerts.
- Improve app performance and introduce new features.
- Communicate service updates, account notifications, or customer support replies.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in these cases:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting, AI processing, payment gateways, and analytics partners.

3.1 Advertising and Third-Party Services
EvokeAI uses Google AdMob to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect limited, non-personal data such as device identifiers and interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ad performance.
- No personal data (such as name, email, or chat content) is shared with AdMob.
- Ads may be personalized based on device-level settings — users can opt out of personalized ads from their device settings.

4. Your Rights
- Edit or delete your account at any time.
- Manage in-app purchases and credits through Google Play/Apple settings.

- Restricted access to personal information.

- We keep your data while your account is active.
- If you delete your account, your data is removed within 60 days (subject to legal or fraud-prevention requirements).
7. Children's Privacy
EvokeAI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts discovered will be deleted.
8. International Users
EvokeAI is operated from the United States. Using the App outside the U.S. means you consent to data transfer and processing under U.S. law.

Some features of EvokeAI allow the generation of text, images, audio, or video using artificial intelligence (“AI”). Please note:
- AI outputs are computer-generated and may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.

- Users are responsible for how they use, share, or publish AI-generated content.

- We use moderation tools to reduce harmful or inappropriate content, but no system is perfect.

10. Social Features and User Content
EvokeAI includes optional social features that allow users to create posts, comment, and interact with others within the app. These features are designed to build a creative and supportive community.
- Posts & Comments: Any content you share (text, images, or other media) is visible to other users based on app settings.
- Reporting: Users can report inappropriate or abusive content. Reported items are reviewed by our moderation team and may be removed if they violate our community guidelines.
- Community Guidelines: We encourage respectful and positive interactions. Content containing hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or explicit material is strictly prohibited.
- Data Handling: Posts, comments, and reports are stored securely and used only to operate and moderate the community. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to upload materials that infringe on any copyright or violate applicable laws.
You can delete your posts or comments at any time from within the app. Deleted content is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
